SUNCAR gas analyzer

Stationary gas analyzers designed for continuous automatic measurement of target gases in the atmosphere: oxygen, toxic gases, carbon dioxide, flammable liquid vapors including petroleum product vapors, volatile organic compounds in air mixtures on gas and oil pipelines, gas pipeline fittings for industrial and domestic use, and in the chemical industry.

The gas analyzer uses the following sensor types:
- infrared (IR);
- electrochemical (EC);
- catalytic (CAT);
- photoionization (PID).
mean time between failures, min:
- with IR sensor – 100,000 h.
- with CAT, EC, PID sensors – 35,000 h.
The sensor module — is a complete unit and an intelligent sensor that stores settings such as
- sensor type;
- measurement units;
- target gas;
- alarm thresholds (pre-alarm, alarm);
- display parameters;
- calibration value parameters;
- factory-set compensation coefficients for influencing factors,
and several other parameters.
This architecture simplifies gas analyzer operation and maintenance.
